Actually Doug and I have been celebrating the miracle that has just taken place at Zrii (shhhh... don't tell anyone how happy we are that the "bad" guys are gone).

Anyway, I got the most amazing story from one of the coolest Zrii I.E.'s, Bryan from Las Vegas. Here it is,
hello all,
bryan in vegas here, actually, i'm still @journey into healing live in tampa bay, florida. my oh my. last night i feel asleep about 3 am after our little problem.
guys i've been with zrii over a year now. dave & doug vass are some of the best people i've ever met in 47 yrs. on this planet. after seeing a response from dave & doug i want to say, now i know the truth.
after i posted that message last night, see above, me & the zrii bus., i was scared shitless. guys, i have no other work. as clint mccinley said @the last rsa, bryan in vegas , "is definetly, all in." here's my thoughts. clint you got 24 hrs. to get your beemer back to draper, utah. after that, karma's a... o.k. i must stop. i'm @the chopra event & i'm supposed to be getting away from the violent attitude, but i just cannot believe how stupid these guys were.
hold-on my fellow zfreedom friends, what i'm about to tell you is truthfull, from my heart and is the best stars aligning story that's ever happened to me. after going to sleep, finally about 3 am, my alarm went off @5:55 am for my yoga class. well, needless to say i missed yoga & even the morning meditation. i had guilt like nobody's business.
so, here @the innisbrook country club, you take these tram busses everywhere in the awesome country club. so i got lincoln park's "somewhere i belong," playin' on the iphone, and i get on the tram. now, i promise this story is almost over. the chorus in this song is," i wanna heal, i wanna feel... and once the next stop comes up, tram stops and doors open, who do you think gets on?
DEPAK, yeah baby, i'm freekin' out guys. dr. depak chopra... i am losing it inside, and then i introduce myself, and say good morning, or shall i say this," good morning dr.chopra."
so, i mentioned," well, quite a night with zrii, huh." david simon had relayed everything after mr. farley called, then immediately dr. david simon called dr. chopra and filled depak in on the situation. .and these were depak's words."bryan, everything will be fine. it will all work out and this too shall pass!"
as soon as he said this my heart felt good. real good.and so should all of yours. i care so much about this company. this feels likethis is my chance to do some good on this planet of ours. we have a mission to share, and share we will, without the snakes on the plane , we will board this plane, and put this country back on the map. because without this country, there is no map." including canada & mexico, of course. good night from the chopra center. bryan brooks. p.s. by the way, when i got on the tram to go back to my room, Depak was again on this same tram. guys, there's like 7 different trams on the property! WOW! tell me the stars aren't still aligning with us, as in all of us, & zrii.

ReplyDeleteSince I met this person called Jason Domingo, I honestly was never impressed by his character / disposition as if there was some kind of ingenuinity deep inside. Now that he had revealed his 'true' colors, his departure is certainly to the victory of us all the Zrii family!
As you stated, the event of this past 48 hours at Zrii should be our celebration of the true new beginning and mark the start of the great legendary industry leader - Zrii - the 'next' billion dollar brand!
My wife and I have faith in the strength and ability of Bill Farley and the 'new' leadership team in taking Zrii to our well deserved destiny so intended!

ReplyDeleteI am happy to say that we are going to be better off, because of what happened this week. I know Bill has the leadership skills and the tools to keep the company on track.
ReplyDeleteI kinda look at this "event" as a road bump, but not one of those concrete ones but the ones that leave the dead animal behind. Oh I forgot that's called road kill!
Keep your focus on where you want to be and ignore the rest.

Dave~ Thank you for trying to keep us informed as we all try to sort this out. I have faith in what Zrii stands for and with that being said, for the first time since becoming a part of Zrii (July 2007), I am truly disappointed. Not with the company and not with the product, but with some of the people associated with Zrii. I have been involved in several MLMs over the years, and this is the first time I have had such pride in all areas of a company. It goes without saying that this is a phenomenal company, developed around an even better product, with an endorsement like no other company has previously had, not to mention a formulation team that has devoted much time to educating and leading the rest of us into this amazing world of Zrii and Ayurveda. I have been to all of the Zrii events and have been impressed with the level of integrity and respect all of the people in Zrii, from Bill Farley to the 1 stars have shown. Now in the middle of this mess I am seeing a side of some that I don't care for. Dave, you said that a man is innocent until proven guilty. You are sharing with us what you have learned, but we have not heard the whole story. It hasn't taken some people long to judge these men who have not yet been proven guilty. I am confused, and I am angry like many of you. But, I am going to hold on to the ethics, integrity and respect that Zrii deserves and not prejudge or stoop to name calling. There are better ways to represent Zrii than calling someone scum, conspirators, greedy, heartless, or DUMBingo. Remember, anyone can read these blogs, and it might create doubt about the rest of us. This is not how I want Zrii Represented. I don't think Bill Farley, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Simon, the formulators, or many of the IEs want this to be handled in such a disrespectful, negative way. Remember, "Innocent until PROVEN guilty" applies to all involved. And, we show the integrity and ethics we bring to Zrii by how we act right now. Hold Zrii to the standard it has earned by refraining from acting in a way that is not in the best interest of the reputation Zrii has built and deserves. Please keep the negativity, bitterness and name calling away from Zrii. Some of you should be ashamed of yourselves!
ReplyDeleteI listened to the call, thank you, Vass Bros, for sharing these details. “The Power of One” can mean both the power of one unified purpose to grow and expand all and it can also mean the power of one person to corrupt through division, secrecy and elitism; a corrupt individual will eventually corrupt the whole.
ReplyDeleteKeith Fitzgerald, the founder of Wellness Acquisition Group, LLC., the organization that attempted the hostile takeover against Bill Farley, took the same type of action against me, a 3-star newbie to MLM and to business itself. He convinced Kirby to suspend my Zrii IE account for three months without any reason being cited or an investigation of any kind! My experience of him is that he is a big ole’ bully, who has no regard for others except for what of them can benefit him.
This action literally stopped the momentum I was riding in my newly formed business, and occurred directly after he threatened me to do as he demanded or he would turn me over to compliance, and that “I believe you know what that means.” I had not committed any infraction at all, except that I would not do something against my own wellbeing as he instructed!
He is very wealthy, in part because he is heir to the Cheerios fortune, and presents himself in a manner that wins your confidence through his investment banking experience, and generous offers of help and support. Of course, wealth and support are appealing, wonderful and necessary in any endeavor especially MLM, however, in my experience of him, he won my confidence and then turned against me like nothing I’ve ever experienced! He did not live up to anything he promised me personally and directed me in ways that I began to understand were actually detrimental to my business, but beneficial to him and some others!
After his threat and statement that “the little money you’ve invested in this business is nothing compared to the money I have… don’t mess with my livelihood or else.” In that moment I realized the profound ugliness that was lurking within him. His actions were arrogant elitist tyrannical and most cruelly, extortionary. How you do one thing, is how you do everything. So when all this came down, I was not at all surprised to learn that Keith had his energy all over this attempted mutiny, and suspect that he is the brain behind it all.
I was never given a reason for my suspension, compliance would not take my calls, and after my sponsor called 3 months later, I finally got a call back from the Senior Compliance Manager who stated, “when I told him you keep writing asking “what is this all about?” he kept saying that you knew the reason why your account was suspended.” When I asked, “He who?” she answered, “Keith Fitzgerald,” which I, of course, already knew in my heart.
It was a very disheartening experience, but I knew that all would come to light and that Zrii would have the opportunity to begin again freed of all things and people who are not aligned with the High Consciousness of Deepak Chopra and the High Vision of Bill Farley. My immediate mission is threefold:
1) To have Zrii implement a transparent compliance policy that ensures A REQUIRED investigation of any complaint BEFORE an account can be suspended or terminated.
2) To make sure that no IE can move from one downline to another under the cover of an LLC (something Keith, through his financial genius, did with many people for the benefit of his downline and to the detriment of others.)
3) To see if we can organize a re-launch for the New Zrii (Zriinew;-), including a reset the 10-star opportunity for North America. I believe that we can continue, will continue and must continue. I, too, am truly happy for this ugly situation that we ultimately have the most beneficial opportunity to rise up in all ways, together.
My positive thoughts are with Bill & his family, our Zrii Nation, and the pirates who have given themselves a unique opportunity to expand into the higher conscious awareness that we are literally one living being, honor is our True Nature and is in of Itself enough to heal.

Have you read the letter all the 10 Stars signed that say they will dismantle the company leader by leader?
Do you realize the significance of what they did?
Like I've said a hundred times, even if Bill Farley was guilty (which he has never wronged any of us that I know of), the co-founders and 10 Stars still did a despicable act.
Let's be very clear on one thing.
As it stands right now, the co-founders and 10 Stars have done a terrible injustice to 60,000 people.
Bill Farley has been the one fighting to hold this company together so that you still get a check, get the product, and don't lose everything you put into Zrii.
We as the Zrii nation need to lock arms and stand up for what is right.
Let's show everyone that Zrii is US. Zrii is YOU. We will not be defeated.
We will overcome.

I have a similar one.
Keith started befriending one of our leaders from Calgary. He would call her almost everyday.
I told my leader that it was weird. It just didn't make sense. I didn't trust Keith.
Next, thing I know Keith is flying to Calgary (where I'm from) to do a meeting. So we welcomed him into our homes, paid for his flight, and treated him like he was part of our team.
During all of this, I felt like something did not add up. Why would Keith fly to Calgary to do a meeting for a group that has nothing to do with his business.
Anyway, Keith's entire presentation was on how he was this elite Wall Street private equity investor dude that did his due diligence on Bill Farley before joining the company. His conclusion was that Bill Farley was ethical and a great man. He found nothing on Bill Farley and decided to join Zrii based soley on Bill Farley's track record.
Okay, so keep this in mind.
Keith left Calgary, we said our good-byes and guess what happened next?
He called our leader from Calgary and told her that she will go nowhere with my brother and I. He told her that she needed to move over to his downline and bring her team with her.
Of course, Keith underestimated the relationships we have with our leaders. Our leader called us and told us what happened. We called Kirby Zanger and let him know. To our dismay, nothing was really done about it.
Next thing I know, Keith is heading up this entire mutiny with Jason Domingo right at his side.
Yep, the same dude who said he did a background check on Mr. Bill Farley and joined because Bill was "clean" is now declaring to the world that Bill can't be trusted.
Hmmm....
Does anyone see a common theme?
The person that everyone knows can't be trusted is leading this mutiny and saying Bill Farley is the bad guy.
You'll be interested to know that Keith funded this whole mutiny. He hired the private investigators. He hired the lawyers.
And guess what?
He was going to get a HUGE share in the company.
Yep, Keith (the same guy who came to our home, sat at our table and then stabbed us in the back) was going to be a owner of Zrii.
Now you know the rest of the story.

ReplyDeletePatti, I see where you're coming from and I can truly empathize. You are absolutely correct! This is not the time for name calling nor is it time for finger pointing.
You are correct again when you stated that the world is watching and paying especially close attention as to how we react to what is taking place!
Thus, it is at the utmost critical that we (the Zrii Die-hards, who represent the integrity of the 'CAUSE') stand UNITED and lock arms to show the world that all this is what I call it as the "STORM OF PERFECTION"! It will soon blow over and subside with clear sky ahead!
Good leaders lead by examples - simply walk the walk - talk the talk! I truly believe everyone in the team is a 'good' leader! Therefore, it is an extremely simple task for everyone of us to do just that, is it not?
Let us stop for a moment and remind ourselves that we are all in Zrii for a common goal, THE CAUSE! Let us prove it the world that we will stand UNITED regardless what comes our way and we will take it all the way to the TOP!

Let's stand together and act with the same dignity that Bill Farley showed when he offered jobs and positions to those who turned on him. We owe it to him and Zrii to stand united, in a positive manner. Let's move forward sharing stories of our great experiences rather than condemning those who have let us down. Forgive but don't forget.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear what happened to you. I like your suggestions. I would also like to add that maybe there should be a location open to ALL IEs in the back office where we can post comments about our concerns. I suggest the back office becuase then it isn't open to the public. As IEs it is hard to share experiences with the whole group. If you and Dave had the opportunity to share what had happened, maybe others would have shared similar experiences and corporate would have seen a pattern and been able to prevent the events of last week.
