Still Not Convinced?

Okay, I have this funny feeling that some people are still buying into the smoke and mirrors of all the alleged accusations against Bill Farley.

You deserve to know the truth... after all, isn't that what the title of this blog is?

I want you to be confident moving forward. Now, I believe that 95% of you see it for what it truly is... a mutiny.

But, for those that still need a little convincing, I'm going to share one more story. I just left this as a comment on one of my posts but decided that everyone should read it.

Here it is:

Hey Treysii,

Very interesting story.

I have a similar one.

Keith Fitzgerald started befriending one of our leaders from Calgary. He would call her almost everyday.

I told my leader that it was weird. It just didn't make sense. I didn't trust Keith.

Next thing I know Keith is flying to Calgary (where I'm from) to do a meeting. So we welcomed him into our homes, paid for his flight, and treated him like he was part of our team.

During all of this, I felt like something did not add up. Why would Keith fly to Calgary to do a meeting for a group that has nothing to do with his business?

Anyway, Keith's entire presentation was on how he was this elite Wall Street private equity investor dude that did his due diligence on Bill Farley before joining the company. His conclusion was that Bill Farley was ethical and a great man. He found nothing on Bill Farley and decided to join Zrii based solely on Bill Farley's track record.

Okay, so keep this in mind.

Keith left Calgary, we said our good-byes and guess what happened next?

He called our leader from Calgary and told her that she will go nowhere with my brother and I. He told her that she needed to move over to his downline and bring her team with her.

Of course, Keith underestimated the relationships we have with our leaders. Our leader called us and told us what happened. We called Kirby Zanger and let him know. To our dismay, nothing was really done about it.

Next thing I know, Keith is heading up this entire mutiny with Jason Domingo right at his side.

Yep, the same dude who said he did a background check on Mr. Bill Farley and joined because Bill was "clean" is now declaring to the world that Bill can't be trusted.

Hmmm....

Does anyone see a common theme?

The person that everyone knows can't be trusted is leading this mutiny and saying Bill Farley is the bad guy.

You'll be interested to know that Keith funded this whole mutiny. He hired the private investigators. He hired the lawyers.

And guess what?

He was going to get a HUGE share in the company.

Yep, Keith (the same guy who came to our home, sat at our table and then stabbed us in the back) was going to be a owner of Zrii.

Now you know the rest of the story.

  2. Well, there you have it.

I didn't want to mention her name. But, you can read it right from her own words.

  3. That is EXACTLY what I have been telling my entire team this week. I attended a meeting in Las Vegas where Keith and, guess who...Jason Domingo were presenting. Keith said the same thing, something like this: "when you are in international finance you don't use google to look into someone's background. I did a thorough background check on Bill Farley.." went on and on about how amazing his background was! Very easy to see what's happening here.

  5. We can go straight back to the blog about leadership.. and answer Dave's question: Are you a leader..

    uesday, January 27, 2009
    My definition of a leader...

A leader is someone who faces challenges, obstacles, trials, and impossible situations with a mindset of victory. They do not waver in their belief that they will accomplish whatever they set out to do.

And as they believe in the midst of unbelief, they inspire thousands of others to follow them.

A leader feels fear but chooses courage.

A leader feels doubt but chooses faith.

A leader feels disappointment but chooses to SEE their dreams as reality.

A leader feels fatigue but chooses endurance

    Are you a leader?

Dave wrote the above but it deserves a reprint now that we have the opportunity to answer this question.... again..

  6. Kirby and Curtis flew out to do a meeting for Keith in Carmel for a grand total of 20 people. You got that right - 20 people - 3 weeks after Clint told me I needed to put 100 people in a room before any co-founders would come back. I had just completed a meeting with 65 people. You can imagine how I felt when I heard about this 20 person meeting. "Oh, it was for Keith," was the response.

And, by the way - Kirby and Curtis, who love to play golf, played the pricey Pebble Beach course at $400 per. I wonder if they expensed that out. If so...exactly who was using Zrii as their own personal piggy bank!

From where I sit, they will all wind up in jail. Fitting.

  7. Hold on to your hats. I just heard that the co-founders and the rest of the gang have given up on trying to get Zrii away from Bill Farley. They have turned their attention on a "new" MLM and are frantically calling prime people in Zrii to bring them along! Someone in our downline was contacted tonight and he said the person calling him did not even sound like himself...all aggressive and frantic. Wow.

  8. I'm not surprised.

Seriously, Zrii is going to be so much better now. I can feel it.

  9. A thought to ponder. The mutineers, execs and 10 stars, they wanted to take us "their down lines" to another MLM. does that mean that if they got control of ZRII they would have put a new name on the juice, so did they care what happened to us while they played with our futures? One of the 9 stars told us that another drink out there was going to be having a huge law suit over it cause they had metals in their drinks, namely aluminum, so how easy would it have been to help that company by closing ZRII??? for what its worth

  10. Thank you to Dave and Doug Vass for stepping up and finding out the facts! Bravo brothers!

  11. Bill Farley, I think, learned a tremendous lesson from this experience. There is no justification the ex-Zrii management and IE's could present to over shadow there behavior regarding this incident, no not one.

How can they without discussing there issues with Bill Farley began forming an alliance against him, and demanding that Bill give up his entire interest in the company?

In the beginning, Bill Farley assumed all of the financial risk involved in starting and building Zrii's brand, and they wanted to extort the same man that he trusted and hired to give up ownership to them?

It was Bill Farley's name and his experience behind the name that made Zrii creditable in addition to The Chopra Center. I did not know any of the ex management, they did not add the same creditability, no names.

Everyone one of those top distributors/leaders embellished the Bill Farley name and experience as a strong selling point to recruiting new distributors (IE). So, now they want to propagate negative information about Bill Farley?

Regardless, even if Bill did something(s) behind the scenes they did not agree, extortion? The tactics they deployed demonstrates the characteristics in my opinion of individuals that can not be trusted. How could any leader of integrity follow any of those ex management and distributors?

After listening to Bill Farley's conference call, that was convincing enough for me to starnd behind Zrii and Bill Farley regardless. Many of the followers will fall away because of there inability to think for themselves and the mis-leaders will lead the followers of confusion into more confusion, in my opinion.

Be that as it may, now is the time for many us to regroup, stand up and as leaders united, and lead the way! Bill Farley and Zrii and the new management and IE's will take this company to a new level, I believe this!

Not only did they have record breaking sales in the first year, industry wide, but Zrii will have the greatest come back in the history of mlm. And Zfreedom with be apart of this dynamic leadership!

Let's regroup, and get back to the business of creating health and wealth for thousands of people around North America, and soon the world! Let's do it!

  12. Keith fitzgerald is not only lying in business, he has no problem getting his wife arrested with the help of his Zrii state trooper downline on false statements.
Phil Jepson, his personal laundry boy( he brings his dry cleaning away in work time paid with our taxes) set this up for him with his downline of NH sate troopers in Zrii.....
His wife Francine got arrested on 12 of October 2008. Because she's in the USA on a green card, the arrest could have put her in jail an out of the country, how confiniend if you expect to be the new CEO of Zrii.....no divorce cost....
It took her 3 months, living in a spare bedroom of friends with NO MONEY, to proof her innocense.
She needs all the help she can get to proof his low character in court.
Any emails, letters or personal statementsor moral support,
    could be helpfull

Phil is "his" state trooper, head of down line in Zrii of the Nh state troopers... She could proof it was a false complaint after living in a spare bedroom of friends for 4 months with her son and dog!!!Without any support from Keith of course for her and her son....
She needs your help to proof his real character.
