NEW Zrii Compensation Plan ...
Well, this years Zrii convention was simply the best. It was so much fun. Everyone was friends with each other and we all felt like part of one big family.
My highlight was Tony Robinns. All I can say is, "Wow!".
Tony is the best speaker I've ever seen. Just seeing him was worth the entire weekend.
But, apart from the sessions, we had a blast. We went out with so many Zrii I.E.'s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I'm telling you... it was so much fun.
So what were the major announcements at convention?
Well, the biggest announcement is the NEW prosperity plan. Yes, Zrii has a new compensation plan. And it is amazing!
Why did Zrii introduce a new compensation plan?
Simple ...
The old one was not paying enough. The leaders need to be paid more. Who is a leader? Anyone who is actively building their business and producing!
So, the good news is that Zrii just got a whole lot better. We now have a very lucrative compensation plan.
You should know that my brother and I have been talking to Zrii about tweaking their comp plan for over a year. So this is not just some quick decision. Bill Farley took a lot of time, he hired two of the best consultants in network marketing, and then allowed the leaders of the field to give their input.
Bottom line is that YOU will be getting paid MORE in Zrii for the same amount of work.
Everything that wasn't working right in the old plan has now been improved. Everything that was working right in the old plan has stayed the same.
This is really good news. We will now attract some of the best network marketers in the industry.

Zrii, The Economy, And You ...
Well, it should be no surprise that people are thinking about one thing these days ...
Money.
I've been around long enough to understand a few things about human nature. For instance, when the stock market is going up most people buy at its peak. When the stock market goes down people sell at the bottom.
Same thing in real estate. I had a friend who never bought a house because he didn't want to take the risk. His dad was very conservative and didn't believe in getting into debt. Yet, when the housing market boomed in Calgary a couple years ago, my friend and his dad thought it was a good time to get in... right at the peak!
Weird, huh? People seem to buy and sell at exactly the WRONG time. Usually it is because they buy and sell with emotion. And guess what? Because they follow their emotion they lose money.
So how does this apply to business?
Well, guess what people are doing now during this recession? They are tightening up and deciding NOT to invest in their business or themselves. They are simply following their emotions and doing what everybody else is doing.
Is this good?
No, not at all. If there is ever a time to take risk, to invest in your business, to work hard, to pursue alternative sources of income... now would be the time.
Now is NOT the time to tighten up with regards to your business. Yes, you can tighten up in other areas of your life (i.e. shopping, star bucks, etc.) but don't make the mistake of investing less in your business.

Exciting Times in Zrii...
Hey Everyone,
Well, I'm on the last leg of my trip. I've been gone almost two weeks. First, I did an all day training event in Southern California on April 25th. It was a huge success! There were about 100 people in attendance.
I want to thank Chris and Malia Moore for hosting that! We had people fly in from Sacramento (Cheri Reagan), Salt Lake City (Bill Heirford), and Arizona (I think there were three or four guys from Arizona and their names are slipping my mind right now).
Honestly, I didn't know how it would go since it was Zfreedom's first LIVE all day live event. But, everyone really loved it. Now I'm booked to go to Sacramento, Phoenix, and New York.
After Cali I went to Las Vegas. Man we had a good time! (remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...ha,ha).
Thank you Bonnie for hosting that event! We had people fly in from New York, Colorado, and many other places. Again, it was a great event. Everyone said it was well worth it.
The best part for me was getting to know so many more amazing Zrii I.E.'s. I must say, some of the best people I've ever met are from Zrii. You are what makes this company so special.
And it is my pleasure and honor to help as many of you as I can while having a LOT of fun!

Zfreedom LIVE Event ...
So in my last post I talked about a trip I did to California to do Zri meetings. During that trip I built a great relationship with Zrii leaders, Chris and Malia Moore.
I introduced Chris to the Zfreedom system while I was staying in his home and he just about fell out of his office chair!

What An Amazing Zrii Trip! Here's Some Pic's
As many of you know, last week I went on a little Zrii tour around California.
I arrived in L.A. on Tuesday and did a little meeting that night in LakeWood. Holy cow is all I have to say!
Dan Metcalf is the one who hosted the meeting. Dan happens to be the nation's best soccer coach. He currently coaches Mark Burnett's son (you know, the producer of Fear Factor, Survivor, Are you smarter than a 5th grader, etc.).
Dan is an amazing individual. I sat in utter amazement as he told me the story of his life.
Well, Dan invited someone very "high up" and prestigious individuals to his home that night to listen to me give a presentation on Zrii. These people ranged from being a former cheer leader on Dallas Cowboys who now lives on the same street as Julia Roberts to one of the only Chiropractors in Malibu and a whole bunch more very connected people.
The meeting went very well! A few of them decided to join. I'm really excited to see the caliber of people that are attracted to Zrii.
Next day I was off to San Jose, CA. Where I met up with my good friend, Marcus Cox. We cruised around in his Zrii mobile (see picture below) and had a great time. That night we had a meeting and it turned out great.
Then I was off bright and early back to L.A. That weekend I stayed with Chris and Malia Moore. Chris and Malia have to be one of the most gracious and hospitable people I've ever met!
We had a blast!
On Saturday, Chris and Malia hosted a Zrii barbecue and there were over 140 people in attendance. It was an amazing day. I ended the day with a Zfreedom training. You should have seen the look on some of the faces... they were dumbfounded at how powerful the Zfreedom marketing system is.
Chris and Malia and a few other leaders are already asking me to come back down for another more in depth training.
I'm all for it! So I'll keep you updated.

Making Myself More Reachable...
Hey everyone,
I found a way to make myself a little more reachable for anyone who wants to "chat" with me.
I love any kind of technology that helps me stay more connected with all my friends in a user friendly way.
A lot of you have sent me messages through facebook and I never seem to have time to check them on a regular basis.
But, I think I've found a solution.
If you ever want to chat with me simply click on the banner to the right that says, "Click To Chat With Me"
When you write me a message it will go straight to my cell phone as a text message and I can reply from my cell phone.
Pretty cool, huh?
But, don't everyone chat with me at once! LOL. I'll go crazy.
If you want to send a nice compliment my way to brighten up my day then go ahead :-)
I just love the leverage of technology. It seems like it gets better everyday.
