By now, most of you should be up to speed with what has happened this last week in Zrii.
If not, please listen to the call on my last post and read my other posts.
The main objective of this post is to let you know how Bill Farley responded to this mutiny.
So let's recap:
The 10 Stars and Co-founders have been plotting for some time on how to overthrow Bill Farley and divvy up the spoils (shares in the company since Bill owns 100%).
They did this while being paid by Bill. In other words, they did the most disgusting thing a person could do. While Bill was paying for their vacation to Hawaii they finalized the plot on how to stab him in the back.
Bill has done a lot for the co-founders. He bought them BMW's, he trusted them with the finances, he gave them expense cards, he paid for trips, he let them go golfing a lot, etc.
Now, if anyone of them had something against Bill Farley they should have dealt with it like a real man. Instead, they ganged up on him and threatened him.
Imagine how Bill felt? After doing so much for them. Imagine how deserted he felt? How abandoned?
Although, all the 10 Stars and Co-founders did this despicable act, it is my belief that some of them were duped. The ring leaders (Jason, Tyler, Keith, Kirby) seem to be the ones that started this whole thing.
So what would you do if you were in Bill Farley's position?
Well, my brother and I witnessed way more mercy than what we thought Bill would give.
Bill was willing to accept back to Zrii Mark, Seth, the Dr.'s, some of the co-founders, and a lot of the employees.
Can you believe that?
After all they did to Bill? If Bill is a tyrant (like a lot of them say) then don't you think he would be less forgiving?
Now, I don't know how long that door is open. Bill's patience is wearing thin (and quite frankly, I don't blame him).
Just thought you'd like to know the true colors of Bill Farley behind closed doors.

I am wondering were ALL the co-founders involved or just a few? I notice on the Leadership Page of Zrii.com that all were still listed.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your blog the last two days I am seriously encouraged that Bill offered those duped a seat back at the table. I seriously hope they take it!
ReplyDeleteOn another note, I won't cite the persons involved, but I received this note where the original email was dated Saturday night at 11 pm pacific which indicates the fight will not be easy:
"I'm still in with Zrii and will still hope that Bill Farley will step down by Monday or Tuesday. I will have more news then and will give you the update. I've also looked at a plan B and C just in case that will blow your mind."
My take remains: the mutineers are foolish and greedy MLM scum who are the reason MLM gets a bad rap. They don't realize that Zrii is a CAUSE, not just another network marketing company.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree with Geo more that those perpetrators involved are the 'perfect' example of COWARD act with malice intention and GREED by SCUMS who smear the credibility and integrity of MLM in the first place!
In a normal world and if it were to be someone else (other than our 'true' hero & leader, Bill Farley), these SCUMS would have never been granted forgiveness let alone a second chance! What they did was absolutely beyond pardon / forgiveness!
Bill Farley's credo and commitment to Zrii has been and will always be "FIELD FIRST"! This past week's fiasco is a solid evidence that Bill has lived up to his end of bargain! He has proven to Zrii's big family that he stands strong behind his credo and commitment regardless what comes his way!
An unfortunate set back such as this always reminds me of the wisdom my father used to tell me, "Always do the right thing and the righteous shall be the ONE left STANDING!"
My wife and I would like to once again extend our sincere gratitude to the Vass Brothers for their sacrifice and diligent efforts this past few days in the pursuit of the TRUTH for all of us! I'm confident that I speak for everyone in the team that we're forever grateful!
Comes tomorrow...let us leave this baggage behind and take this set back as the greatest blessing in the sky! Now that all the hurdles, noises, SCOUNDRELS, and SCUMS are gone, guess what...an extremely promising and bright future is yet ahead of us!
At the end of the day, "Zrii WILL BE that BILLION DOLLAR BRAND with or without them just as Bill Farley has committed it to be!"

My two cents, if you allow it. As a still 'active' IE, I never bought into the 1500 front loading, and spending such high amounts of money to attempt to build a business.
ReplyDeleteI was there in Chicago, met Bill and then attended the SLC event. Yes I have met Jason, Mark and the Drs.
2 major flaws. 1. Shipping large bottles containing water as the main ingredient across the country in trucks is too expensive and environmentally unsound.
2. Too many saw this as 'another juice.'
I made over 20,000 calls and had support.
NOW, brilliant men, whom we all bragged about knowing are calling each other scum and crooks.
I personally don't think you'll ever get past this 'feud.' If somehow you all do, then tackle the perhaps insurmountable numbers 1 and 2.

ReplyDeleteI have to say this was a particular shock to me in light of the fact that Tyler Daniels came to my area, Medford, OR to do a Zrii presentation on Jan 28th. Just days before this came down. That was on a Wednesday. The following Monday was when Bill showed up to work with nobody there and had this ugly letter from Jason, Tyler and others threatening to dismantle the whole company.
Well, on Jan 28th Tyler came up here to Medford. He stood up there and told us the story of how he met Bill Farley. How the Zrii opportunity is so unique because Bill as our CEO has the experience of creating one billion dollar brand after another and other companies just cannot say that. He showed us an S curve model of how Network Marketing companies grow. How Zrii did over $43 million in sales the first year with 65,000 distributors - and by comparison, Mona Vie did $28 million their first year, and after 4 years, last year they did $1 billion with a million distributors. His point was that Mona Vie has topped out, in the stabilization phase where Zrii is just getting started - more than 900,000 distributors will join in the next 2-3 years and this is the place to be. He went on and on about the huge Zrii checks he has been getting and got on the computer and logged into his back office and let us stand over his shoulder and look at his earnings - his last check was $43,000 and he only worked 4 days to get it. He had 41,000+ in his downline at that moment (people were signing up in his downline as we watched. He seemed, at that moment to be 100% behind Bill Farley and Zrii - he could have made his checks bigger but said he didn't care, he wanted the time to spend with his family. And he was going to come up here every month to do these meetings just because one of his personally sponsored had a small group up here getting started and he wanted to help her build this leg. He did not even care if people were not in his downline because he was getting the AllStar bonus, and was willing to help anyone who wanted to learn. Yet, all the while, he was secretly planning to stab Bill in the back? And for what? What would have happened if they succeeded and Bill left the company in supposed disgrace? It would have ruined the Zrii story. All these guys combined would not have his leadership or reputation for creating billion dollar brands - Zrii would become just like so many other companies headed by guys who think they can run a company just because they have been top distributors. And which one of them was ever a personal friend of Deepak Chopra for over 25 years like Bill has been? What made them think the Chopra Center would continue to endorse the Zrii product? They were total morons, and even if some of them got duped into this because they were lied to, why they were willing to go to such lengths with no evidence and without even giving Bill a chance to defend himself against these accusations is beyond me. I hope the ringleaders are so disgraced they will never again be able to earn the kind of checks they had with Zrii! And I hope our Zfreedom team will soon grow so large it will dwarf anything they had!

Dave & Doug, I commend everything you have bravely and righteuously done for Zrii through this difficult times! Genuine thanks and gratitude from Zrii's big family are in order!
I always believe EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR 'GOOD' REASON! What had happened with Zrii this past week is no exception!
There's a strong reason why Zrii experienced what it experienced! Truly, it had rocked Zrii to its core! It is as if it were meant to be the 'first' real test to our faith and belief in the 'cause'!
It serves as a 'great' reminder and reality check to our mission! Now that Zrii has passed its first big hurdle, SUCCESS and BRIGHTER HORIZON are imminent for all of us who stand behind it!
As Dave put it so eloquently, let us rise beyond this and put it behind us! Let us march onward from here regardless what comes our way and look forward to making Zrii stronger and better!
Afterall, we are extremely blessed and fortunate to have Bill Farley as our Commander in Chief at helm to lead us and turn Zrii to be that NEXT BILLION DOLLAR BRAND -- "Field First"!

ReplyDeleteI have to strongly agree with Dave on that! You may not be able to see things the way they really are in the midst of this 'seem-to-be' chaotic moment (at least that's what those mutineers would like everyone to believe)!
Let's face it...it's human nature's survival skills (fight or flight)! Your reaction is totally understandable because it's always challenging and difficult to see things straight when everything seems to be going hay-wire!
All this is just a classic case of plain 'complacency'! May I remind you, "Familiarity always breeds complacency!" Allow me to further elaborate on that! We tend to overlook the 'simple obvious' while focusing on the unnecessary noises!
As in a battle, the mutineers were simply just BAD generals who failed miserably due to their own flaws - GREED! Their attempt was just simply a 'failed' coup (CHEAT)!
They forgot the very main thing Zrii exists in the first place, it's the CAUSE! It's not just another business for profit nor it is another network marketing company! Zrii is much more than that!
I hope I have offered a little perspective for you to rethink your stance! As Dave pointed it out, 5 years from now you would wonder why you didn't reconsider!
Just simply put, Zrii WILL BE the NEXT BILLION DOLLAR BRAND with or without any of us, PERIOD!!!

We have even had "snakes" calling us to switch over to their new company because they read the press release from the mutineers. We must always be aware of people who are thieves and never work with them once we find out the truth. We can choose who we want to work with.
I want to work with Bill Farley, the Vass Brothers, my sponser Jae and Zrii. We are standing for a great product and the call of freedom for health and wealth.

I'm sure you're hearing some interesting information, but Zrii is alive and better than ever! There is no demise and, in fact, as the only ayurvedic formula beverage on the market, it truly is GREATER than the sum of its' parts.
You'll find that the only Zrii distributors who are interested in MonaVie are the ones who never truly bought into the mission of Zrii and are only greedy and in this business for the money. How else can they simply pick up and change products? That sounds like classic MLM thinking, not visionary product thinking. The I.E.s who believe in the CAUSE behind Zrii have NO interest in selling ANY OTHER product. A simple anti-oxidant or special berry? As opposed to a scientifically
formulated blend of botanicals with 5000+ years of history as a rejuvenator? We are not about selling juice, sir. We are about
transforming life with the healing power of a solid mind-body-spirit connection, driven by ingredients that impact our body's metabolism to run at peak efficiency. And this is delivered with a prosperity plan that is truly life changing!
The conspirators who egregiously and maliciously attempted to steal the company from Bill Farley were obviously motivated by greed. I believe it is further testimony to the strength and power of the brand and the blend. It did so much better than any of them expected that they realized they didn't ask for enough when Bill asked them for help. Now, instead of honoring their bargain, they thought that Zrii was just another MLM and they could railroad their downlines as they
had before. These are the sorts of people who give MLM a bad name, and Zrii will be better for getting rid of them.
Those who have tried Zrii and understand Dr. Chopra's message and the power of the Law of Attraction understand that Zrii is about a
passion, a movement, and a cause, not just another network marketing company.

Coincidence that MonaVie reps were contacting Zrii IEs as early as Friday morning at 10 am? And emails like this? And that some of the mutineers were speaking of cutting a deal with MonaVie?
Ahem.
So yes, I, too, am working with 1) my upline, 2) the Vass brothers and 3) Bill Farley. These are my TRUE LEADERS and my inspiration.
